I extend a hearty welcome to Bangalore – the Garden City of India – for APICON 2018.
The 73rd Annual Conference of API is unique in more than one way. It is the fifth time we are hosting the conference in Bangalore - nearly two decades after the last conference in 1998. It is going to be one of the largest conferences with potential participation of more than 10,000 delegates from across the country. The conference will feature lectures, interactive workshops and discussions with many of the prominent and renowned physicians in the field. We’re confident that all participants will find the conference greatly beneficial.
As home to the first self-owned office API Bhavana, of API Karnataka Chapter, it gives us great pleasure to be hosting the conference in Bangalore once again. I hope you will take time from the conference to enjoy the city’s salubrious weather and cultural extravaganza. I also urge you to explore some of the many heritage destinations in and around Bangalore – Nandi Hills, Mysore, Belur, Halebidu, Shravanabelagola, Bijapur, Badami, Ooty, Tirupathi,
Once again, I invite you and your colleagues to be a part of this distinguished conference. Looking forward to meet you in person and wish you all a happy 2017-18.
With Warmest Regards and Best Wishes,
Organizing Committee APICON 2018
